Shouting at clouds.

Here is the recording of last night’s (2014-11-07) KNYO Memo of the Air: Good Night Radio show ready to download and keep or just play with one click.
This was my one-hundredth show just for KNYO. I think it turned out rather well. Kay Rudin showed up and knocked on the storefront door a little after one a.m. and we talked about teeth, among other things. (Slightly uneven mic level.) Um, Alex Bosworth. King Collins. A psychological exegesis of Frankenstein’s monster. Late in the show: My Grandmother, the Poisoner from Vice.com, and even yet more. A long show, as they go, and some catchy music.
Further, here are some links to interesting not necessarily radio-useful items that I found mostly thanks to the fine websites listed to your right:
And the odd brain.
The Bangs Williams Improved Insulated Planchette.
Surfing in very slow motion.
Ball and feathers.
Time-lapse balloon fiesta. (Link sort of fixed by now going to an orgy of hot-air balloon videos.) (Thanks, Kim Townsend, for pointing out that it wasn’t right before.)
Balloons of Brazil. The videos are amazing. Also the sound. “I told ya, Mike!”
Well! That was exciting.
These goddamn kids and their weird fads. Bob Ross sent this.
And a professional straightener. For the weird fad of everyone dressing alike to be in the club.
